staff were freiendly , location and luxury rooms with very good style .

The internet price rating was very high , wireless internet not possible and the car parking price was high .

the room cleaning stuff was very bad in their way to clean , and to treat guests,they didn't provide the rooms with the same items , it depend on their minds whether they like the guest or they don't.

Almost everything was excellent. Fine hotel.

Air conditioning in room was marginally effective, and at times not fully adequate for someone who likes a reasonably cool (not cold) room. Also, internet was usurously expensive (24 Euro/day), and the allegedly hi-speed of internet was anything but hi-speed. Very slow for expected hi-speed service.

the decor, the design

I have booked a junir suite and the design of the writing desk is very poor. The space between the desk and the chair is so small that one need to climb over the chair to sit in front of the desk

The hotel pool was too cold. The mini bar was not filled on the second day of the stay
