This hotel is located in the heart of the city, in proximity to Kurfürstendamm, the renowned Kaiser Wilhelm Gedächtniskirche (memorial church), the KaDeWe shopping mall and the zoo.

We offer 423 comfortable guest rooms and luxuriously appointed suites spread over 7 floors. Non-smoking rooms, rooms suitable for the mobility impaired and Executive Rooms are available.

Very comfortable. Food excellent although the wine list was a bit
pricey.Good location beside the Zoo and bus station for service buses to
all the main sights.Easy to get to and from Tegel airport by taxi (
approx 16 euros).

Very friendly and helpful staff, quiet and comfortable room with good
beds and a nice practical bathroom; we really liked the next day weather
information card, a very useful touch!

The room is a bit small compared to some other hotels we have
used in Berlin

Staff are kind and anxious to assist you with any request. Breakfest is very good. Hotel location is great and value for the money is is excellent

Standart room is too small for addiitonal bed for a child.

This hotel is in a great location, close to many shoppings, KaDeWe, zoo and Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtniskirche (Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church). Underground, bus stop, and train station in a walking distance.

Breakfast is good and has many options, but some fruits are not fresh. Internet is not free.

The hotel is very well located, the rooms are quite comfortable and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

The fruits at breakfast tasted stale and some times even past their use-by date.
