The facilities in the hotel were excellant, the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The location of the hotel for the city centre and sightseeing were good. I would stay in this hotel again. |

We liked the fact that that the staff was child friendly and that they accomodated our need for a baby co, putting us in a bigger room. The restaurant had very good food at reasonable prices. The aircon did't work the day we checked in and had to spend the night with the windows open and withstand the street noise. The next day, housekeeping did'nt clean our room while we were out. When we asked about it, reception claimed that we left our card on the slot, which we didn't do. If you have a toddler about 82 cms tall, beware of the restaurant's tables. They have protuding metal corners. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful, as I would expect from a hotel of this quality. There was a minor issue -- when I checked out, there was a 60 Euro charge on my room for breakfast that I did not eat. After bringing this to the attention of the hotel staff, it was quickly resolved. Still, I'm not sure how this charge was on my bill... |

due to changes in our flight, we arrived 15 hours before the check in. the receptionist offerd us to use the room for no extra charge. in general, the staff was very helpful and kind. the room was very comfortable and very clean. it could have been nice to have a mini bar in the room. everything else is in such high standards for this kind of hotel that it felt missing. |

The friendliness, helpfullness and professionalism of almost all of the staff. The lack of free wifi. For the price of the accomodation i would have expected not to have to pay high fees for wifi usage. If hostels can provide free wifi access then surely 3 star hotels can to! |
