Location and size of room was given the requested non smoking rooms but one of the rooms stank very strongly of cigarettes - was moved to another room but this room smelt mouldy. |

Black/red decoration of inside of the hotel is awful. I felt very uncomfortable. Change colors inside of corridors please. Some carpets on the 3th floor smells. Doors to service rooms were opened and you can see very humble conditions of these rooms. |

Breakfast wasn't bad, some of the staff were polite Receptionists not very polite, tried to give me the wrong room (single bed) and there were blase when I asked them to rectify it as per my booking (double bed). Hotel is not that polished in the communal areas (amateur redecoration) although the room was nice, and quiet. |

Central location. Cosy upper mezzanine bedroom upstairs. Spiral stair case to the upper floor was dangerous. The group I travelled with had three rooms booked. At least one guest in each room had a fall and accident on the stairs. These stairs are dangerous and I have the scars to prove it. |

When we asked a staff to reserve a ticket for opera on behalf of us, the staff, Lena, did such a time consuming process very kindly. Even she left a copy of resevation number on receptionist's desk in order to help us remind it when we forget our reservation number. It was very kind and impressive service for us. |
