Great location - very close to airport and the rail station at Schiphol. Friendly and helpful staff. Some problems with the remote control. Lack of intimacy when using the toilet. |

Futuristic in the extreme but nice. Friendly energetic staff and very helpful. While I accept the new No Smoking Laws in Holland apply I was disappointed that they had no dedicated outside area with seating and heating. This meant one had to stand outside the front door which is demeaning. When the winter comes this will become a major issue. |

Right out of The Jetsons! We were not real crazy about the room pod as we found it clunky and cumbersom to use, as well as not the easiest or quickest way to activate a function in the room |

Rooms have a nice design, very modern. they are clean and close to the airport. It is perfect for a short vacation ! rooms are very very small. In one space there is everything: shower, bed and toilette..! |

It is a great hotel, very innovative and very chic!! The self check in was very user friendly and the atmosphere was fantastic! The room was very well laid out and though it was not very big it was very well laid out. The mood lighting and central console was great! |

The room is tiny and compact, but it's really cozy and comfortable. I do like this hotel and if possible, I would like to stay there for the 2nd time Since it doesn't have a big space for dinner, I found there was very few selection on the menu for breakfast. |

excellent value; good location; friendly and helpful staff the bathroom does not provide any privacy so the rooms are more suitable to persons travelling alone; but this would not prevent me from staying at the Citizen M again; I really liked it |

i never really spent alot of time in my hotel room, but it was very clean and mordern. the staff were excellent aswell and i got on well with all of them of whom i meet. the checkin/out using the touch sreen computers. after the computer gave me my reciept for stay at the hotel it annouced it was out of order, so i had to get hep from a member of staff which defeats the purpose of a self check-in computer. |

Entering our room was an experience. "Beam me up Scottie" Both the shower and toilet area are enclosed with a circular glass doors and above there are continious soft changing lights..Very Clean, Great location - walking distance to and from airport 20 min. ride on tram to Amsterdam..Enjoyed having free internet. Would appreciate one or two fold out suitcase chairs. Don't like to put suitcases on the beds. You need a shelf near the sink for small items such as toothpaste, makeup, etc.We appreciated a non-smoking room, but the night we stayed #136 guest set off the fire alarm.Different cultures, poor memories,etc.non-smoking stickers should be in every room. Would like to have breakfast included.. |
